OUR STORY

Who Are We?

Nestled into the foothills of the North Carolina mountains, we are here to serve local customers as well as national and international. The idea of Tri City Laser was envisioned and in 2010 was created by Gary Filer of Filer Micro Welding.

Starting out our laser services primarily focused on the medical field and helping to produce parts needed for medical devices, while continuing to produce these parts we are expanding and emerging into other areas that can benefit from our laser service. We have large format tables so that we can produce multiple items at a rapid pace.

In Spring 2023 we upgraded to our largest laser to date, a 12kw Ramsey Customs laser.

The thickest material we can cut with the 12kw laser is 40 mm (1.5")
5Lasers
We have 5 different lasers to handle many different projects and materials.

Who Do We Work With?

Tri City Laser has many industrial clients, but we love working with individuals who have project ideas.

Yes, we do have a large number of industrial clients, but we also enjoy working with individuals from all over the country to help bring their project ideas to life. We've done custom projects for weddings, memorial projects, pets, holidays, and "Just Because".
